We are no longer shipping with the United States Postal Service (USPS) due to extended delays, lost packages, and dishonest business practices of USPS during the Covid19 Pandemic.

Our industry as a whole was overwhelmed by a surge of orders beginning in February 2021. Popular brands, such as Revshift, were hit especially hard. Because of this, some orders did encounter a delay. We manufacture all of our products here at Revshift. In addition to high order volume, there were nationwide supplier delays and shortages of materials that we use in our manufacturing processes.
To overcome this situation, we have decided to double our production of all CNC machined components and triple our production of polyurethane components. We are focusing on stocking larger quantities of parts so that we can fill direct orders as well as distributor orders in a much more timely manner.
The shipping delays that you may have heard about or experienced were not normal and were not permanent. We are pleased to say that we have made it through those bad times and are all caught up. Delays are not something that we find to be acceptable and we continue to work diligently to prevent them in the future.
Orders cancelled after the transaction clears and before the order ships will incur a 10% processing fee.

Returns outside of 30 days may be considered for store credit only if the product is a current version and in new and unused condition.
