Refund policy

Our return policy allows you to send back the merchandise in new and unused condition within 30 days of the purchase for an exchange, full store credit, or a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee.

Orders cancelled after the transaction clears and before the order ships will incur a 15% processing fee.

If you would like to return an item, send an email request to sales@revshift.com. Please include the reason for the return, your name, and your order number.

Returns outside of 30 days may be considered for store credit only if the product is a current version and in new and unused condition.
