Free UPS Ground shipping for orders over $159
(continental United States only)
Revshift orders are shipped with UPS Ground for customers in the United States.
International orders are shipped with UPS Worldwide Expedited or USPS Priority.
Canadian orders, when applicable, are classified under tariff 9966.00.00 which makes them exempt from duty fees.
If you are in need of overnight shipping please contact us before placing your order.
Most orders ship the same or following business day.
Additional Info
The calculated shipping time at checkout is for business days in transit with the carrier. It does not include processing time. Please allow additional time for weekends and holidays.
Returns
Our return policy allows you to send back the merchandise in new and unused condition within 30 days of the purchase for an exchange, full store credit, or a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee.
Orders cancelled after the transaction clears and before the order ships will incur a 15% processing fee.
If you would like to return an item, send an email request to Sales@Revshift.com. Please include the reason for the return, your name, and your order number.
Returns outside of 30 days may be considered for store credit only if the product is a current version and in new and unused condition.
